• Providing personal care and emotional support with dignity and respect
• Supporting with meals, hydration, and medication prompts
• Encouraging social interaction and participation in activities
• Assisting with mobility and safe use of facilities
• Offering companionship, whether in the care home or during home visits
• Helping individuals maintain independence and enjoy their daily routine
