The Role We are seeking a compassionate, client-focused Case Manager to guide injured clients through the personal injury claim process and ensure they receive exceptional service at every step. This role requires empathy, attention to detail, and the ability to manage medical treatment coordination while maintaining clear communication with clients and providers. What You Will Do Oversee a caseload in pre-litigation, ensuring an excellent client experience throughout the claim process Guide injured clients through the claims process and assist in coordinating medical care Act as a liaison between clients and medical providers, providing clarity on recommended treatments Review medical records and identify potential case values based on clients’ injuries Maintain detailed documentation and timely updates in the case management system Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to move cases forward efficiently Role may include other relevant duties as assigned What We’re Looking For 3-7+ years of relevant Personal Injury Law experience assisting clients in medical management Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment Bilingual (English and Spanish) strongly preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software Excellent written and verbal communication skills Initiative-oriented mindset and ability to manage competing priorities
