WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Providing a warm, courteous counter service across our cafés, shops, and restaurants
• Preparing and serving hot meals, snacks, and drinks while following portion and hygiene standards
• Restocking shelves and fridges, ensuring fresh products and clear displays using stock rotation methods
• Operating tills, handling payments, and keeping all financial transactions secure
• Delivering safe and well-presented hospitality functions for meetings and events
• Maintaining clean, welcoming spaces by clearing tables, washing up, and following cleaning schedules
• Following Sodexo’s high standards for health, safety, and infection control
• Supporting colleagues, attending training, and acting as a buddy for new team members
