We are currently recruiting for the following positions:
1 Full time Catering Assistant position in Davis College, Mallow, Cork. Approx 35 hours per week Monday - Friday. 7.30am - 2.30pm.
2 Part time Catering Assistant positions in Colaiste Phobal, Buttevant, Cork. 10-15 hours per week on a 2 day / 3 day rotation. 8.00am - 2.00pm. Half day Wednesdays.
This position commences the end of August an operates around the secondary school calendar. Our employees are off at the break periods: midterms, Christmas, Easter and summer(unpaid). This may appeal to people with school going children.
Our employees are welcomed as part of the school community.
The role involves the preparation of a variety of rolls, wraps, ciabattas, pasta & rice dishes. Service of small break and lunch and clean down.
Strong time management and organisational skills are a must as operating to strict break times.
Previous catering experience and knowledge of HACCP an advantage but not essential
