Responsibilities: * Provide direct patient care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. * Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff. * Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs). * Administer medications as directed. * Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care. * Build strong relationships with residents and their families. * Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
