This growing and changing not-for-profit business, located in North Shore requires a HR professional with a focus in Change Management. As the HR Change Manager, you will develop and implement a change management framework across the organisation with a high level of stakeholders engaement. The opportunity will also see you working closely with the HRM to act as a key business partner to the extended Leadership team.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERTISE

  • Degree qualified in People and Culture/Change or Business disciplines
  • Solid experience in People and Culture/ HR and Change management roles
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to build strong relationships with functional stakeholders
  • Ability to hold and drive accountability with positive intent for growth across teams
  • Project leadership skills, able to self start and drive key P&C projects from start to finish

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a change management toolkit for use across the business that ensures our stakeholders, internal and external understand why we are changing and the benefits of transformation.
  • Be the key change coach across the organisation and join transformation teams to assist in the communication and embedding of changes
  • Act as the core P&C business partner to the Extended Leadership Team in driving leadership growth and setting best practice of HR standards
  • Develop and implement a baseline management program to build leadership capability in our second line leaders
  • Work with the People and Culture team on the continuous improvement of people process to ensure an efficient and customer centric People and Culture experience
