POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Charter Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of charter operational tasks, including quoting, scheduling, and customer communication. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.

• Coordinate all aspects of charter flights including scheduling, routing and aircraft availability
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional communication and service throughout their journey
• Prepare flight itineraries and ensure all regulatory, logistical, and safety requirements are met
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution
• Handle last-minute changes or challenges with professionalism and efficiency
• Maintain accurate records of flights, client preferences, and operational notes
