Description

A career as a vendor contract and performance chief advisor in the Real Estate Business Strategy team at National Bank means acting as a business lead in the establishment, maintenance and evolution of our business relationships with our external partners. It also means ensuring the achievement of our overall business performance and the success of our strategic partnership with our integrated management service provider for the Bank’s real estate portfolio.
Thanks to your experience in managing business agreements, your political skills, your ability to influence and your innovative side, you will contribute to the Bank’s success by influencing our strategies, governing our strategic partnership and analyzing performance in order to effectively manage our real estate portfolio and support our strategic vision.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a primary point of contact with our integrated service provider and any other relevant suppliers as appropriate
  • Manage the contract, monitoring contractual obligations and the performance of services (including the life cycle of the contracts under your responsibility)
  • Lead governance and meetings to discuss monthly statuses, ensure the achievement of performance objectives, KPIs and results (Financial, Quality, Timelines) and the implementation of recommendations/initiatives
  • Comminicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and ensure ongoing alignment iwth needs, expectations and business issue resolutions
  • As a key influence on the Real Estate management team, you will work with the integrated real estate service provider and industry experts
  • Work closely with the Procurement team by participating in the implementation of sourcing strategies and negotiations with suppliers in the sector
  • Analyze third-party risks, assess the Bank’s impact and formulate innovative solutions while ensuring the control of third-party risks (e.g. information security, financial analyses, continuity plans, etc…)
