Since July 2024 we are part of the Monterro family of companies, with a clear growth agenda to continue being the leading supplier of the most efficient pay equity and transparency solution in the market with a strong connection to providing expert advice.
From our attractive headquarters in Stockholm, we service more than 50 markets and are truly international in all we do. Our proprietary software has over 1.400 users, surveying more than 2.5 million individuals annually.
We are now in a scale-up phase and are looking to hire a hands-on CFO to help us take the business to the next level.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

  • Experience and excellent track-record in the role as CFO or similar experience, preferable in a software company (or equivalent B2B business)
  • A sound combination of strategic thinking and hands-on approach
  • Interested in contributing to closing the gender pay gap
  • Business savvy with experience from organizations with B2B sales
  • Proven experience as successful and appreciated leader (formal or informal), and a style that aligns with Nordic leadership values
  • Analytical with great business sense, and eager to learn new things
  • International experience – with entities in different countries
  • M&A experience/ exposure is a plus
  • Great understanding and interest in financial software, e.g. ERP systems
  • IFRS knowledge
  • Big4 or similar experience is a plus
  • Fully fluent in Swedish and English, verbal and written
  • Integrity and strong ethics - Pragmatic and proactive - Strong communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Become a key member of the management team to lead, grow and shape the business going forward – and through board interaction work with a software-focused private equity owner
  • Review established reporting routines – for purposes of running the business and to Monterro’s BI system within 6 months
  • Review and develop routines for financial leadership and day-to-day financial management, including tracking business operations, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, general accounting, general ledger etc. – as well as installing adequate SaaS KPI reporting – during the first 12 months
  • Contribute to increased use of business analytics to drive sales success and growth, building a data-driven SaaS company
  • Lead evaluation of financial systems during the first 12 months, and own any system implementations in that space
  • Responsible from a financial perspective for any potential future due diligence and integration of add-on acquisitions
  • Oversee the legal structure and related reporting, including setup of any further future international subsidiaries
