We provide Microsoft digital experience monitoring (DEM) solutions that monitor the performance of cloud collaboration and productivity tools to give enterprises insight into the user experience. Our products include unified communications (UC) performance analytics software, Microsoft 365 user experience monitoring software, and IT analytics software. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join our executive team.
The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) will be responsible for delivering annual operating plan objectives and establishing growth strategies through a high achieving multi-functional team. This includes Direct Sales, Partner Sales, Marketing, Client Services, and Customer Success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and scaling revenue operations in a fast-paced technology environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 15+ years of experience in revenue leadership roles within the technology industry, with a strong focus on SaaS solutions.
  • Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth through direct sales, partner sales, and marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent Operational management including an innate performance driven mindset
  • Experience working within the Microsoft Partner Network. Experience with the Mitel
  • Partner Network considered an asset
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Revenue Strategy and Execution

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue growth strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives.
  • Lead the revenue team to achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth.

Direct Sales:

  • Oversee the direct sales team, providing guidance, support, and leadership to drive sales performance.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivating strong relationships with key clients.

Partner Sales:

  • Build and manage strategic partnerships to expand market reach and drive joint revenue opportunities.
  • Develop and execute partner programs that incentivize and support channel partners.

Marketing:

  • Lead the marketing team to create and execute impactful marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
  • Ensure cohesive messaging and positioning across all marketing channels and materials.

Client Services:

  • Oversee the client services team to ensure the delivery of high-quality support and services to clients.
  • Implement best practices and processes to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Customer Success:

  • Drive the customer success strategy to ensure clients achieve their desired outcomes using Martello’s products and services.
  • Develop programs to enhance customer engagement, adoption, and retention.

Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with other members of the executive team to align revenue strategies with overall company goals.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement within the revenue organization.
  • Demonstrate a proven ability to close deals, executing sales processes that consistently achieve high close rates.
