We are looking for an experienced Cisco Technician to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and repair of Cisco networking equipment (routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless devices).

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience with Cisco devices (CCNA/CCNP certification preferred).
• Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, VLANs, OSPF, BGP, etc.).
• Experience in diagnosing and repairing Cisco hardware.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Install, configure, and maintain Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
• Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on Cisco devices.
• Perform firmware upgrades and IOS updates.
• Support customers in troubleshooting network problems.
• Provide preventive maintenance and testing for Cisco equipment.
• Document configurations, repairs, and service activities.
