As a Civil Structural Engineer, you’ll be responsible for managing the design elements across multiple projects simultaneously, delivered by a combination of the in-house design team and regional specialist consultants. You will facilitate effective communication between engineering and construction teams. Your role is pivotal in driving the success of our projects and fostering a collaborative environment for the engineering team.
We seek a Civil Structural design coordinator with 5 to 10 years broad-based experience in civil and structural consultancy and/or site-based construction.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a preference for verbal communication and management.
- Understand/Read sections, elevation and plan drawings of masonry, steel and concrete buildings, drainage, roadworks.
- Should be able to communicate in English and be proficient in writing technical reports.
- Full clean driving licence
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
- Level 8 qualification in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Chartered Engineer status desirable
