We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Cleaning Service Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of cleaning operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising cleaning staff, ensuring client satisfaction, maintaining high cleaning standards, and managing scheduling, supplies, and compliance with safety protocols.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education in business or management is an asset).
  • 1–2 years of supervisory experience in the janitorial or cleaning services industry.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of WHMIS, workplace safety practices, and use of cleaning chemicals/equipment.
  • Proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer skills.
