Overview of the Role
We are looking for a Store Clerk/Receptionist (Hybrid) at our Canadian Division Head Office. This person will essentially be, on the one hand, co-responsible for the management of the employed store by ensuring customer service, cash register and product management, while on the other hand, he/she will be responsible for the reception area, i.e. welcoming and orienting visitors, as well as managing the various telephone calls that may be received.
The ideal candidate will be agile, attentive to detail and eager to contribute to the success of our team.
*Salary ranges from 38 220$ to 46 630$
offers will vary commensurate with experience, education, skills, and training.**

How you will make contributions that matter:

  • Place various product orders
  • Receive and place orders in store refrigerators (lifting up to 25lbs).
  • Ensure proper rotation of merchandise on shelves
  • Process payments and operate the billing system (via Interac);
  • Close the cash register at the end of each day;
  • Take inventory count of merchandise on hand.
  • Greet and direct visitors with professionalism and courtesy
  • Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls
  • Perform various administrative and office support tasks
  • Perform all other related tasks.

You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent training;
  • Experience as a receptionist or administrative clerk
  • Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously with precision and efficiency
  • Good level of experience with IT tools and office software (MS Office, etc.)
  • Professional attitude and impeccable customer service
  • Bilingualism (French and English) in oral and written communication is essential, as the candidate will be required to answer incoming calls in both French and English.
  • Good physical condition.
