Description:

Reception Duties:
Greet visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer and route incoming phone calls, providing accurate information or directing calls to appropriate team members.
Respond to and manage emails promptly, addressing inquiries or escalating issues as needed.
Document Handling:
Log all incoming mail accurately and ensure it is distributed to the appropriate team members.
Scan and index documents, attaching them to individual business license accounts as required.
Maintain organized electronic and physical records to ensure easy retrieval and compliance.
Administrative Support:
Assist with various office tasks and projects as assigned by the team.
Perform data entry and update records in a timely and accurate manner.
Schedule and coordinate meetings or appointments as needed.
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service by addressing visitor inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Compliance and Quality:
Ensure all documentation and data entry is accurate and adheres to organizational standards.
Follow established procedures and guidelines to maintain compliance.
