Description:
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- You have a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a comparable education
- You have 1+ year relevant work experience in positions such as process manager, project manager, or project coordinator, but we value diverse experiences
- Experience in systems like Atlassian and Microsoft 365 products
- Skilled communicator with experience in networking with international stakeholders at different levels within a cross-functional organization
- You are fluent in English, knowledge of Swedish or German is beneficial
Responsibilities:
- Creation, Adaptation and Accountability of client onboarding process for clients at Riverty Back in Flow
- Coordination of internal stakeholders (Sales, Risk Governance, Operational Finance, Technical Implementation, Key Account Management, Product and others) throughout the onboarding of new merchants and partners
- Challenge status quo of operational onboarding, redesign processes by overlooking the big picture
- Prepare and steer knowledge and information transfer in the organization
