Description:

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • You have a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a comparable education
  • You have 1+ year relevant work experience in positions such as process manager, project manager, or project coordinator, but we value diverse experiences
  • Experience in systems like Atlassian and Microsoft 365 products
  • Skilled communicator with experience in networking with international stakeholders at different levels within a cross-functional organization
  • You are fluent in English, knowledge of Swedish or German is beneficial

Responsibilities:

  • Creation, Adaptation and Accountability of client onboarding process for clients at Riverty Back in Flow
  • Coordination of internal stakeholders (Sales, Risk Governance, Operational Finance, Technical Implementation, Key Account Management, Product and others) throughout the onboarding of new merchants and partners
  • Challenge status quo of operational onboarding, redesign processes by overlooking the big picture
  • Prepare and steer knowledge and information transfer in the organization
