RÉSUMÉ DES FONCTIONS…

The primary focus for the Client Partner, WMC is to exceed sales quotas while contributing to our team goals. The Client Partner will become an expert in Walmart Connect as well as the Canadian retail media landscape, trends, and business models through deep partnership with cross-functional teams. They will manage a high-volume of advertiser/seller accounts and use their expertise to build relationships by advising clients and creative strategic retail media plans. They will help define best practices, processes, and forge through ambiguity to move the business forward. Reporting directly to Sr. Director, Sales the Client Partner, will travel to client meetings (where applicable) and collaborate with colleagues onsite at the SSC.
Ce que vous ferez…
1. Build and manage relationships with Walmart Marketplace Sellers and key internal stakeholders, servicing a 3P (marketplace) portfolio of sellers/clients.
2. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the seller’s business challenges, marketing objectives and success metrics.
3. Shape annual joint strategies between Walmart Connect and Marketplace Sellers, leading cross-functional teams to drive client success.
4. Reach and strive to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas through effective presentation of Walmart Connect advertising products/solutions that will meet seller/client objectives, with a specific focus on search, sponsored products.
5. Responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams (eCommerce, Merchandising, Marketing) as well as external stakeholders to identify opportunities to drive revenue.
6. Lead search, sponsored products campaign ideation, pitching, negotiating and enablement of sellers into a self-service platform, working alongside a dedicated campaign success manager.
7. Responsible for educating key stakeholders on Walmart Connect offerings and unique value proposition.
8. Conduct forward-thinking, data driven analyses, and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and present high-impact opportunities to Walmart Marketplace Sellers.
9. Collaborate closely with campaign success managers demonstrating strong backend knowledge and the ability to lean in and ensure smooth operations.
10. Attend industry events, network and stay well-informed of industry trends.
11. Travel as required to meet with sellers/clients. Collaborate with colleagues onsite at Walmart offices.
