We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Services Team Leader to support and guide our dynamic team on a daily basis. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency and productivity of our Client Services Team while upholding best practices and high standards. Reporting directly to the Client Services Manager, this role will involve managing and administrating systems to achieve optimal performance and providing support for team members’ professional development.

Responsibilities
  • Provide effective day-to-day support and motivation to the Client Services Team in line with the objectives set by the Client Services Manager.
  • Ensure timely completion of daily and weekly tasks by direct reports within agreed timescales.
  • Create and distribute a Monthly Performance report to the Client Services Manager, addressing any issues or concerns early to avoid disruption.
  • Identify key areas for efficiency and improvement within the department and report findings to the Client Services Manager.
  • Foster strong, motivating relationships with all stakeholders, including sales areas and senior management.
  • Encourage and train individual team members in career development, enabling them to realise their potential.
