Overview:
As the Client Solutions Manager, reporting to the Director of Client Solutions, you will provide outstanding client service to Gallagher’s Small Medium Enterprise Clients. While working on a fun and collaborative team you will carry out a wide range of duties. You will be managing an existing portfolio of clients - driving the renewal cycle, handling day-today policy updates, talking and building relations with insurers and marketing policy’s.
Work Environment: Hybrid (Agile) – We, at Gallagher, enjoy the benefits of working remotely while also collaborating and interacting with each other in the office.
This position can be based our of Gallagher’s Mississauga or Markham office’s.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Supporting a designated portfolio of small, medium and enterprise business clientele, playing the lead role in business retention and continually building upon customer relationships.
  • Evaluate accounts at renewal, taking the vital steps in placing coverage required by the client, re-marketing when required, adhering to binding authority set out by carriers.
  • Respond to client inquiries quickly and efficiently, maintaining the quick turnaround time for any actions required on behalf of the client.
  • Recognize upselling and cross-selling opportunities, driving the creation of quality leads, working with Account Executives in binding the client.
  • Consistently acting to upgrade insurance market knowledge, staying ahead of new products and policy updates.
  • Work with Account Executives on cross-selling opportunities and accessing resources within Gallagher.

  • Highly tech-savvy, with an ability to learn new systems, tools and processes.
  • Secondary School Diploma required, College or University Degree preferred.
  • 3 to 5+ years of Commercial Insurance Brokering experience is ideal.
  • Familiarity with coverages such as business package policies, Commercial Auto, E&O, D&O, Builder’s Risks and Cyber Liability is ideal.
  • CAIB, CIP, CRM or other relevant certifications/designations highly valued.
  • Active and in good standing RIBO License.
  • Knowledge of EPIC considered an asset. #LI-SS1 #LI-Hybrid
