Inecta is seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team. This role is fully remote and can be located anywhere in the US or Canada.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • College or University degree preferred but not required
  • 2+ years of administrative work exp required, technology company helpful not required
  • Previous experience with technology related tasks
  • Accounting admin experience preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail: maintaining accuracy within internal systems
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to effectively and professionally communicate with customers
  • Ability to work independently
  • Good technical literacy: able to get up to speed quickly on internal systems and support a software focused company and their customers
