We expect a commitment to excellent patient care; and you will need to evidence experience of service development and quality improvement in addition to strong change management and strategy development skills.
We are looking for a consultant psychiatrist, CCT in Forensic ideally with years of experience leading teams. Highly interested in quality improvement and embedding quality management system, looking for improvements in a timely and efficient manner,Interested in fostering psychological safety with the team, innovation and keeping high standards of quality.
