Kontent.ai, a trailblazing force in headless content management, is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to elevate our cloud-powered internal services. If you’re passionate about shaping the future of content delivery, read on!
Our IT and Security Team is looking for passionate technologists ready to find solutions to the current challenges of our diverse teams. To succeed in the role, you need to be comfortable understanding business needs, creating solutions using existing and new cloud services, and helping teams operate efficiently. You will support internal users around the globe, and fluency in English is a key feature of this role.

As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation. Your mission? To architect, deploy, and optimize cloud solutions that enable our internal teams to run fast while maintaining high standards of security and privacy compliance.

Here’s a glimpse of what awaits you in this role:

• Cloud mastery: Dive deep into our modern technology stack, including Azure, M365, Atlassian, Asana, and others. Design scalable and resilient architectures.
• Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, Marketing, Finance, HR, Customer Success, and other teams to translate their dreams into cloud-powered reality.
• Mission Control: Monitor, troubleshoot, and fine-tune cloud environments.
• Vendor management: Utilize suppliers to provide excellent service and support.

Who will you work with?
You will be part of the team that ensures IT operations, security, privacy, and compliance management. You will report to our CIO & CISO and work alongside cloud and security specialists.
Is it you?
You work in an IT or technology team and have a deep interest in the cloud. You also have a genuine interest in helping others achieve their goals.

Extra points if:

• You are familiar with the Microsoft Azure and Office 365 architecture.
• You have operated various IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS platforms.
• You are a people person and enjoy working with users of various levels of technical understanding and expertise.
• You have at least the basics in cloud security.
• You are competent in English (both written and spoken) at the B2 level at least.

What makes you stand out?

• If you have experience in MS Entra ID
• Azure Intune or Exchange Online
• If you can code or script using PowerShell or Python
• If you hold any relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Security+, MS administration and security certs)
