Change Connect are looking for an experienced Cloud Telephony engineer to join our expanding team at our Colchester office. This is an in house and on the road role. The primary role of a Cloud Services Engineer is to provide an initial response to tickets logged across the Manage Services voice portfolio, this includes areas such as:

• Cloud Telephony
• Front line support

In technological areas such as:

• Voip

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Deliver a high standard of support to both internal and external customers.
• Work as part of a team to achieve SLA’s on initial and fix response.
• Quick and accurate assessment of a technical issues with a view to escalate if required.
• Completion of tasks or activities with attention to detail/outcome.
