SKILLS:

• Good knowledge in mixology / cocktail making and Bar service.
• High level of communication to provide an excellent customer service with strong conversational English. French and Dutch are a plus.

There is now a unique opportunity for a talented individual to join our dynamic team as a Cocktail Bartender Mixologist in the Eurostar Premier Lounge at St Pancras Station.
We offer a package with unusual, yet comfortable hours of work. You will work Monday to Friday (including Bank Holidays), with fixed shifts of 12:30 to 20:30 every day.

The package includes:

You will be responsible of the daily operations of an elegant cocktail bar set up. You will need to look after customers by serving them our signature cocktails as per menu and recipes, but you will also be able to prepare classic cocktails for special requests. The cocktail menu is unique, with a range of British, Belgian, French and Dutch spirits, and focuses on the quality of the product and the service.
You must be fluent in English.
French and Dutch are an asset.
As part of the bar operations, you will also manage the orders of spirits, and carry out monthly inventory of your stocks.
