WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.

  • Previous customer service experience
  • CICM Qualified (Desirable)
  • Experience working in a regulatory environment (Desirable)
  • Fantastic customer service skills
  • Good analytical, decision making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills including handling difficult conversations
  • Preferably have experience in cash collection/debt recovery (Desirable)
  • Confident with IT systems

Responsibilities:

Thrive in a dynamic call centre environment, promptly addressing and resolving customer issues across all communication channels in a seamless collaboration with the team. Demonstrate a proactive attitude in taking ownership of tasks, ensuring successful achievement of Key Performance Indicators and actively supporting continuous improvement efforts.
