ABOUT THE ROLE

As College Business Manager, you will be responsible for the business planning, operational delivery, and commercial development of our College. Working closely with the General Manager, Trustees, and Senior team, you will ensure the College fulfils its dual mission: delivering world-class training in spiritual healing and personal development, while remaining financially sustainable.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Strategic Growth – expanding our portfolio of training, workshops and retreats, and increasing global student enrolment (both in person and online).
  • Programme Management – overseeing course planning, scheduling, logistics, and student experience.
  • Marketing & Recruitment – working with the Marketing team to develop campaigns that attract new students locally, nationally, and internationally.
  • Student Support & Welfare – ensuring students are fully supported from enrolment to completion, with safeguarding and wellbeing at the forefront.
  • Financial Management – managing budgets, tracking course income, and ensuring long-term financial sustainability.
  • Team Leadership – recruiting, supporting, and managing tutors and facilitators, while promoting a positive and inclusive culture.
  • Operations & Compliance – ensuring all activities meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

This is more than just a management role – it’s an opportunity to shape the future of a renowned spiritual college, support people on transformative journeys, and work in a setting rooted in compassion, learning, and healing.

  • Work in a beautiful Surrey countryside setting
  • Opportunity to grow a global community of students and practitioners
  • A role with purpose, meaning, and long-term impact
  • Full-time – some evening/weekend work may be required.
  • An Enhanced DBS check will be required.
  • The Harry Edwards Foundation is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults
