Description:
FUNCTIEBESCHRIJVING
- Je adviseert en ondersteunt de afdelingen en centra op het gebied van patiëntcommunicatie met betrekking tot ziekte, onderzoek en behandeling. En de digitalisering daarvan volgens de UMCG patiëntreisvisie.
- Je (her)schrijft hiervoor webpagina’s en andere patiëntinformatie.
- Je analyseert en interpreteert vraagstukken en thema’s en zet deze om in heldere informatie, zodat de patiënt het begrijpt. Hiermee houd je rekening met laaggeletterdheid.
- Je ontwikkelt communicatiemiddelen vanuit een heldere visie op de diverse patiëntgroepen en zorgverleners.
- Je begeleidt digitaliseringsprocessen van patiëntinformatie op afdelingen.
- Je participeert indien nodig in projecten op het gebied van (patiënten)communicatie van het UMCG.
- Je onderhoudt contact met zowel externe als interne partijen, zoals de grafische bureaus, illustrator en resp. afdeling Communicatie van de UMC-Staf.
