Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate casual Physiotherapist to join our team. As a Physiotherapist at Right at Home Sydney Central and Eastern Suburbs, you will play a vital role in improving the mobility, function, and overall health of our clients. You will provide one-on-one care and develop customized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs and goals of each individual.
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to evaluate client’s physical condition and needs.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans focused on improving mobility, strength, and function.
Provide hands-on therapy and exercise guidance to clients.
Educate clients and their families on exercises, techniques, and strategies for ongoing care.
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client interactions and progress.

QUALIFICATIONS

Degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
AHPRA Registration
Current and valid Physiotherapist license in the state of New South Wales.
Proven experience in providing physiotherapy services, preferably in a home care or community setting.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to improve clients’ quality of life.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
