The Apple Compensation team is looking for a motivated compensation professional to assist with the country specific Gender Pay Reporting across the globe and to support the compensation function.

DESCRIPTION

Support compensation activities for country specific gender pay gap reporting requirements. Understand and assist with any new country requirements by: gathering data, working collaboratively with all applicable cross functional teams and be a trusted partner with consultant to complete calculations. Grow an understanding for CBAs (Collective Bargaining Agreements) and assist cross functional teams with any compensation changes and communication initiatives. Collaborate with the Compensation Business Partners, their People Business Partners and recruiters to support an innovative, global compensation strategy within the overall company compensation philosophy for the organization. The key responsibilities include: • Supporting with Global Gender Pay Gap statutory reporting and any on-going legislation mandates • Auditing, maintaining, enhancing and refreshing home-grown Excel based tools • Partner on CBA data analysis • Provide assistance in the annual compensation planning process • Maintain working relationships with the cross functional project teams • Develop a network of Compensation professionals for ongoing knowledge of pay practices and shifting trends

  • Experience in a Compensation or Payroll Analyst /Administrator role
  • Exceptional knowledge of ExcelDemonstrated previous experience with project management
