Advisory role in the implementation of new laws and regulations in the Regulatory Change Management process. Participation in the Compliance Risk Assessment process. Support business initiatives impacting different lines of business in Spain, including new products assessments. Communications and customer-facing materials review from a transparency perspective and in line with internal policies. Support in the periodic reviews of Compliance policies and procedures. Minimum Qualifications University degree (preferably in Law). Strong English and Spanish proficiency (C2) is a must, both verbal and written. At least 1 year of Compliance regulatory experience related to financial institutions or payments industry. Ability to build positive relationships with business, stakeholders and partners. Excellent and solid communication (verbal and written) and influencing skills. Ability to adapt and handle several tasks at the same time and to work as a team. Analytical skills and strong business understanding. Initiative and ability to assume responsibilities.
