Description:
We’re looking for an Engineering Compliance Manager to join our Workplace Solutions division on a hybrid schedule.
Location: This role is a hybrid role, with on site and home working and can be based near the following offices - Basingstoke, Cardiff, Loughton, Solihull or Sheffield
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Responsibilities:
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
As an Engineering Compliance Manager, you’ll be working within the Technical Assurance Team, supporting them in providing technical support and undertaking holistic, technical biased engineering
compliance audits and assurance checks.
Your day to day will include:
- Undertaking on-site holistic technical audits, assurance checks and health checks
- Engaging with key stakeholders, acting in a support role, as a critical friend
- Providing awareness training, support and advice to Operational Teams by being the informed source of knowledge for all things technical relating to the built environment
- Highlighting and facilitating resolution of any issues or risks which may impact on the business in achieving itstechnical and regulatory compliance obligations
- Pro-actively work with other workstreams, suppliers and clients to support technical and regulatory compliance, reduce risk, and effect change leading to continual improvement
This role of Engineering Compliance Manager is great for you if:
- Have an Operational Building Services Engineering background
- You have experience of autonomously auditing and assessing associated risk to enable continuous improvement
- You have good working knowledge of Legal and Compliance Regulations relating to Facilities Management and knowledge of British Standard Documents and Hard FM Industry good practice such as CIBSE, HTM, andSFG20
- You have a good working knowledge of CAFM system
