Responsibilities:

This is an exciting opportunity to come and join our established Compliance team to manage and maintain a regulatory compliance framework, promoting a compliance culture across the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse regulatory requirements and group policies and standards and translate these into practical policies for Global Payments
  • Maintain current knowledge of relevant regulatory changes, and recommend improvements where required
  • Work with functional areas across the business to implement and enforce policies
  • Develop, implement and maintain an effective compliance training programme
  • Contribute to and maintain the compliance monitoring programme
  • Assist with incident management, and regulatory reporting where rule breaches have occurred
  • Build good relationships with key internal departments across the group, including Legal and IT Security. Enhance the reputation of the Compliance function across the business
  • Develop positive working relationships with partners, regulators and auditors
  • Identify and implement regulatory enhancements to the business through the appropriate channels
  • Ensure all correspondence, websites, marketing material and documents comply with regulatory requirements before providing compliance approval
  • Support the relationship management for all regulators (FCA, PSR, HMRC, NCA etc)
  • Provide consultancy to the UK and Ireland business
