The Compliance Operational Lead is the first line of defence to ensure that THCH are complaint with their statutory obligations regarding housing compliance. The purpose of the role is to ensure THCH obtain optimal performance from our contractors, explore innovative ways to improve assurance and build relationships with other teams within THCH, to promote compliance and safety.
This role is expected to report on compliance figures on a regular basis, ensure remediation work is raised and followed through to completion and manage expenditure in line with the annual budget.
The role allows for a varied workload, ranging from, conducting contractor meetings, raising orders, reporting on compliance figures and work in progress, conducting internal meetings and managing remediation works.
