Our client, a leading engineering contractor, is looking for an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to join their team on a major Data Centre project in Sweden.. The successful candidate will work closely with the Electrical Project Manager, ensuring the successful execution of all electrical works.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a relevant trade qualification.
• 6+ years of experience as an Electrical Construction Manager.
• Previous experience with an M&E contractor in Ireland or the UK.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to deliver projects within tight deadlines.
• Excellent commercial awareness and client-facing experience.
• Full understanding of the design and construction lifecycle.
• Experience on Data Centre projects is a plus.

• Lead and manage a team of Electrical Engineers, Supervisors, and Subcontractors.
• Oversee project planning, coordination, and reporting for all electrical construction activities.
• Ensure high-quality electrical installations while maintaining strict compliance with safety and project requirements.
• Manage QA/QC processes alongside the project’s QA Manager.
• Liaise with design consultants and contractors to drive project success.
• Monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain budget control and drive project profitability.
• Oversee commissioning and final project handover.
