The Construction Office Administrator/Bookkeeper will play a central role in supporting project managers and company leadership by handling accounting tasks, document management, and administrative duties. This position requires strong attention to detail and good communication skills, especially when handling sensitive data like payroll and receivables. You’ll work with platforms such as QuickBooks and Box.com, and while construction accounting experience is a plus, we are willing to train someone who is sharp, eager, and ready to learn.

Responsibilities
  • Record and reconcile all credit card charges and bank accounts
  • Ensure timely payment of company credit cards and loans
  • Track and enter deposits and payments
  • Process payroll for the labor company and manage weekly invoicing
  • Apply for building permits as needed
  • Enter Estimates into Quickbooks and set up job accounts
  • Assist in closing books monthly and generating financial reports
  • Maintain accurate financial records and support other administrative duties as needed
  • Use cloud-based platforms such as Box
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with the construction team and office based staff
