JOB TITLE: CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

About the Role: AutoZone is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee the execution of construction projects in alignment with our contracts, policies, procedures, and standards. This role is pivotal in ensuring that AutoZone’s programs are effectively utilized to optimize performance and maintain high standards of quality, cost, schedule, safety, and security.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• 4-7 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven experience in negotiating and facilitating change order requests.
• Strong history of adhering to organizational policies and procedures.
• Retail industry knowledge is highly desirable.
• Ability to travel 3 days per week.
• Demonstrated experience in coaching and influencing contractors to achieve desired results.
