This role demands advanced surgical expertise in craniofacial procedures, complex dentoalveolar cases, and soft tissue reconstruction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical leadership, precision, and a commitment to excellence in patient care. 🔍 Key ResponsibilitiesPerform major craniofacial surgeries, including trauma reconstruction, congenital deformities, and orthognathic proceduresManage complex dental and soft tissue cases, including impacted teeth, cysts, tumors, and implantologyLead surgical planning and multidisciplinary case discussionsProvide pre-operative assessments, surgical interventions, and post-operative careMentor junior surgeons and contribute to clinical protocol developmentMaintain high standards of documentation, safety, and patient outcomes 🎓 Qualifications & ExperienceMedical degree with specialization in Oral & Maxillofacial SurgeryBoard-certified or equivalent in OMF SurgeryMinimum 5–7 years of post-specialization experience in high-complexity surgical casesProven expertise in craniofacial reconstruction and advanced dentoalveolar proceduresDOH/HAAD license or eligibility to obtain one in Abu Dhabi 💼 BenefitsCompetitive tax-free salaryHealth insurance and annual leaveContinuing Medical Education (CME) supportRelocation assistance (if applicable)Opportunity to work in a world-class surgical environment
