We are seeking a passionate and driven Consumer Products Coordinator to join our team, working to provide executional and administrative support in our Consumer Products Portfolio!
The successful candidate will have well-developed planning and organisational skills, standout communication skills, and will be excited to join a fun (we sell toys!) and fast paced organisation where agility and attention to detail are key.
This is a full-time role, located at our Richmond office on a fixed term agreement until December 2025.

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS WE THINK THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL HOLD:

  • Tertiary qualified in either marketing, business management, economics, or other business-related discipline
  • Between 1 –2 years office experience preferred
  • The ability to move quickly to market, and a highly responsive approach
  • Demonstrate accountability to your team, your numbers and your plans
  • A high level of passion, energy, and enthusiasm!

Responsibilities:

AS A CONSUMER PRODUCTS COORDINATOR YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Contract management such as inputting contract terms into the relevant system, working with licensees to acquire support documentations, and cross-checking contract deal terms
  • Downloading assets from the image library, managing ongoing updates, and creative style guide management
  • Franchise Events work with the Consumer Products team, marketing and licensees to collate information for event including range, samples and images
  • Assisting on Presentations with the Consumer Products team and licensees to collate information including range, images and another information required
  • Monitoring and analysing competitor activity to identify market and growth opportunities
