Description:
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Certificate III or IV Business Administration is desirable
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Advanced computer literacy skills including Microsoft Office applications such as Excel
- Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, and interpersonal
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work well autonomously and within a team
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our fleet performance team is seeking an Administrator – Customer Contracts to join their team on a Monday-Friday fulltime basis at head office in Tomago.
Reporting to the Asset Strategy Manager, the Administrator- Customer Contracts plays a key role in supporting the contract management process. This role includes ensuring the proper enrolment, invoicing and maintenance of service agreements for a variety of construction equipment customers. The successful applicant will ensure the smooth operation of contract-related activities and completion of essential administrative tasks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Facilitate timely and accurate contract enrolment through collecting and organising required documentation
- Generate invoices and billing statements for specific terms and schedules
- Ensure contracts are organised and up to date to ensure they are easy to retrieve and have updated relevant information
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure contract-related issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Complete general administrative support to the Asset Strategy Team
