Responsibilities:
This is a unique opportunity to advance your career as you become involved in all aspects of our premium Corporate Commercial practice.
Working alongside Anne McLeod and Sarah Simmers, you will be exposed to a wide variety of interesting and complex work, including capital raising, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, structuring and corporate advisory.
We take pride in delivering high quality work while being responsive, flexible and pragmatic in our approach, to find the best solutions for our clients.
You can be confident you will be given opportunities to grow and develop in your practice with the support and guidance to be successful. You will build close relationships and work with, the firm’s wider Corporate Commercial Teams.
This role is ideally based in our Ōtepoti Dunedin office and we are open to discussing relocation support for the right candidate.
