Description

Musgrave is one of the Europe’s most successful family-owned businesses with a 140-year heritage in food and brand innovation, supporting communities across the island of Ireland and Spain.
Every day we feed one in three people in Ireland through 18 market leading food and beverage brands that include SuperValu, Centra, Frank and Honest and Musgrave Market Place.
We support thousands of retail and foodservice family businesses who live and work in the heart of the communities they serve.
We are committed to becoming the most trusted and sustainable business in Ireland and we are making changes across the company to make sure that happens. We want to make a positive impact on the world and we will support our suppliers and customers to make a difference too.
We are seeking a highly motivated Corporate Development Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth of the company through Merger & Acquisitions and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Support the evaluation and execution of M&A transactions, partnerships, and strategic investments.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis, valuation modelling, and due diligence.
  • Prepare investment memoranda, board presentations, and business cases to support decision-making.
  • Perform industry and market research to identify growth opportunities, competitive threats, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (finance, legal, operations, property) and external advisors on deal structuring and execution.
  • Assist in developing and implementing corporate strategy, including long-term strategic planning and business transformation initiatives.
  • Track and analyse post-transaction integration and deal performance metrics.
  • Support senior management in stakeholder communications and investor relations as needed.
