Description:
Our client is an independent specialised professional of financial sector which provides a wide range of financial services including domiciliation, corporate secretarial and accounting services, fund administration and services, directorship of companies, tax compliance, and company winding-up assistance.
Your mission
On behalf of our client, a well-regarded company in the corporate management sector in Luxembourg, we are looking for a Corporate Officer for a permanent position.
- Under the supervision of the team manager, you will play a key role in managing a portfolio of Luxembourg-based companies, with responsibilities that include:
- Supporting the onboarding of new entities and establishing their corporate legal frameworks.
- Handling day-to-day administrative and corporate management activities.
- Organizing and coordinating board meetings and general assemblies, drafting a variety of corporate legal documents, including Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) minutes, liquidation deeds, articles of association, shareholder agreements, and more.
- Liaising with notaries, banks, and Luxembourg authorities.
- Preparing and verifying necessary banking documents, including account opening files, KYC documentation, and compliance due diligence.
- Contributing to the setup and organization of the Luxembourg office.
- Degree in Law or deep knowledge of Luxembourg corporate law.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English; Italian proficiency is a plus.
- Strong expertise in KYC and compliance processes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
- Highly organized and methodical.
- Skilled at prioritizing tasks and managing workload effectively.
