Responsibilities:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Corporate Tax Analyst in the Controllers Division. You will be part of a team responsible for the accounting for income tax for the Company. This role will have primary preparation responsibilities related to the organization’s monthly provision processes and intercompany tax sharing computations as part of our accounting for income tax team.
In this role, you will:
- Perform Global (especially USA) tax accounting activities supporting the monthly, quarterly, and year-end tax provisions.
- Prepare quarterly and monthly Tax provision work papers and assist in the preparation of the year-end external Tax audit work papers
- Support Tax provision process by assisting in the monthly tax system maintenance and updating reports that support the monthly closing process.
- Collect and process accounting and income tax information.
- Preparation of specific items supporting intercompany tax sharing allocations.
- Maintain documentation supporting Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and internal audits.
