Costs Draftsman (Fully Remote)

My client is a leading nationwide firm that specialises in personal injury claims, ranging from clinical negligence to catastrophic injury, as well as dispute resolution claims. Due to ambitious business growth plans, the firm is looking to expand their services with the hiring of Legal Costs Professionals/ Costs Draftsmen at all levels, on a fully remote basis. This will also expand to those with relevant paralegal experience that are looking to start a new career within Legal Costs.

The role will involve:

• Costs Drafting
• Negotiations of Bills of Costs
• Preparing and submitting claims
• Ensuring maximum costs are recovered
• Providing guidance and support to colleagues in respect of Costs issues
