We are looking for a Country Manager to join our company.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in engineering or related fields, with knowledge and experience in business administration.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Experience in client relations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships with suppliers and clients.
  • Previous experience in the payment processing industry.
  • Experience in high-level relationships with local banks.
  • Proactive mindset and ability to work with limited resources.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the company in assessing the feasibility of entering the Chilean market.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to provide insights on opportunities and challenges.
  • Collaborate in setting strategic priorities based on initial assessments and potential business opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local banks, payment solution providers, regulatory entities, suppliers, and potential clients.
  • Assist in coordinating commercial and operational activities, including recruitment, organization, and supervision of staff if applicable in future phases.
  • Contribute to the development of projects and product innovation based on market insights.
  • Work closely with technical teams to explore potential integrations with providers, banks, and clients.
  • Collaborate with all support teams to ensure the success of the exploratory phase.
  • Monitor and identify any recurring issues or areas for improvement and provide recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and better meet potential clients’ needs.
