This reputable Rozelle-based government department are seeking a number of strong call centre operators to assist in COVID tracing.

Responsibilities:

YOUR NEW ROLE

This role will involve contacting people who have tested positive to COVID-19 or may have been identified as a casual or close contact. You will be conducting interviews in order to establish links, identify risk and provide advice in line with public health recommendations. You will be guiding and supporting customers, showing empathy where required and ensuring you are providing updates to individuals.
