Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce a new opportunity for a Croatian-Speaking Customer Service role within our Tourism Industry Department. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in Greece, allowing you to enjoy a perfect work-life balance in a beautiful setting. We are seeking a dedicated individual fluent in Croatian to provide outstanding customer service and support to our Croatian-speaking clients. Your role will involve assisting clients with their tourism-related inquiries, helping them plan and enjoy their trips to Greece with ease. Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries in Croatian regarding tourism services, travel arrangements, and bookings Guide clients through booking processes and provide detailed information about travel options Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure high levels of satisfaction Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and transactions Collaborate with the team to improve customer service and operational processes Stay up-to-date with current tourism offerings and trends within Greece Fluency in Croation and English, both written and verbal, is essential.
