Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Croatian-Speaking Customer Service Agent to support Booking.com customers. In this pivotal role, you will provide exceptional assistance to Croatian-speaking clients, ensuring that they receive timely and accurate support to enhance their booking experience. As a Customer Service Agent for Booking.com, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering outstanding service that aligns with Booking.com's high standards. Your expertise will help build trust and satisfaction among users of the platform. Responsibilities Handle inbound customer inquiries in Croatian via phone, email, and chat Assist customers with booking-related questions, changes, and issues Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex problems efficiently Provide clear and concise information regarding policies, procedures, and services Collect and relay customer feedback to improve service quality Stay up-to-date with Booking.com’s products, services, and processes Fluency in Croation and English, both written and verbal, is essential.
