Your Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to Croatian-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat channels. Handle customer inquiries related to orders, product information, and delivery. Manage and resolve complaints effectively while maintaining a professional and friendly attitude. Accurately document customer interactions and contribute to service improvement initiatives. Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient problem resolution. Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure your nationality and native language are clearly indicated in your application. Strong dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
