Are you an organised and compassionate administrator who thrives on supporting people through sensitive moments? We are looking for a Customer Services Administrator to join our Customer Care Hub, helping to ensure the smooth running of our Cremations department, with a focus on supporting pet owners and veterinary practices.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the department inbox and respond to enquiries within 24 hours.
  • Provide dedicated support to veterinary practices regarding cremation enquiries.
  • Accurately register pets upon arrival and oversee daily intake.
  • Prepare and send correspondence regarding outstanding invoices.
  • Liaise with pet owners to arrange payments with empathy and care.
  • Make outbound calls to confirm cremation service arrangements when needed.
  • Assist with general administration, including light HR support.
